Those who are familiar with RFI's (hosted by Apple Recon) initial Proxy Poll last summer, and it's impact, already know the drill. It's only open to Apple (AAPL.O) shareholders. Confidentiality is assured and we need to know not only the answers to the questions, but how many shares you own / vote / control in order to conduct this unofficial poll.
Given everything that RFI has uncovered, or suspects, between October and to date; we're "Doing It Again" and conducting a Proxy Poll II. We apologize for the vulgate form of the poll, but it was done in a hurry, so just copy the relevant parts and send the responses via e-mail.
02 Feb 98 Addendum: If you do not include the number of shares owned / controlled / voted your vote in the Proxy Poll II will not be tabulated. Also, anyone owning / controlling Apple Common Stock (even Mr. Jobs' 1 share) is available to vote in the Proxy Poll II.
