Proxy Poll II:
"Allons Mes Enfants! Formez Vous Battalions!"

Those who are familiar with RFI's (hosted by Apple Recon) initial Proxy Poll last summer, and it's impact, already know the drill. It's only open to Apple (AAPL.O) shareholders. Confidentiality is assured and we need to know not only the answers to the questions, but how many shares you own / vote / control in order to conduct this unofficial poll.

Given everything that RFI has uncovered, or suspects, between October and to date; we're "Doing It Again" and conducting a Proxy Poll II. We apologize for the vulgate form of the poll, but it was done in a hurry, so just copy the relevant parts and send the responses via e-mail.

02 Feb 98 Addendum: If you do not include the number of shares owned / controlled / voted your vote in the Proxy Poll II will not be tabulated. Also, anyone owning / controlling Apple Common Stock (even Mr. Jobs' 1 share) is available to vote in the Proxy Poll II. Also, please submit the responses to rfi@pelagius.com, which is the mailbox where the votes are being stored for tabulation. Thank You.

With That Said. Here's The Questions:

1) If Apple proposes a merger / takeover in either its "Early February Announcement" or Proxy Forms, would you vote "Yes" if it means the end of Apple Computer (AAPL.O) as a separate and distinct alternative entity?

2) If "Yes", at what price per share?

3) Would You Accept a Proportional Stock Swap With Oracle?

4) Would You Accept a Proportional Stock Swap With IBM?

5) Would You Accept a $42 Tender Offer?

6) Would You Support a Buyout of FileMaker Corp. by Oracle, Microsoft or Someone else?

7) Would You Support Apple "Abandoning" PPC in favor of X86?

8) Given All You Know To Date, Sans Proxies, About Apple and Its Direction, Do You Support Apple's Board & Apple's Current Course?

9) Would You Support a Proxy Battle?

10) Should Steve Jobs Become Apple's Permanent CEO?

Thanks in advance for your responses. We'll post the results when feasible.
